Our client is a nationally recognized youth organization with offices in NYC. Currently they are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for a hybrid role based in NYC (onsite 1-2 days a week).

Long term contract position
Unable to consider 3rd party candidates
No phone calls please
Must be able to work onsite in NYC 1-2 days per week

The position will be responsible for end-to-end technology initiatives. This includes working with the end user to determine business requirements, as well as full project oversight and delivery. Project responsibilities include ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and on budget, while providing a unified view of all project deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordination between stakeholders and technical teams
Define business, functional, and technical requirements
Manage dependencies between cross-functional teams to deliver the right features

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience performing the following:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
Project Planning and Coordination: Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; create and maintain project plans and track progress.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership, providing status updates and managing expectations.
Process and Workflow Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or system enhancements.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks, track issues, and coordinate mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Testing and Implementation Support: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validate that solutions meet requirements, and support deployment and post-implementation activities.
