Finance Performance Manager | £45,000-£55,000 | Hybrid | Edinburgh

Morgan Hunt are working with an Edinburgh based charity to appoint a Finance Performance Manager based in Edinburgh.

This is a visible, stakeholder-facing finance role within a stable and experienced team. If you’re a qualified or nearly-qualified accountant who enjoys business partnering, budgeting, and working closely with non-finance managers, this could be worth a conversation.

Key elements of the role:

Lead month-end and management accounts
Drive budgeting and forecasting
Support capital projects and investment cases
Business partner operational managers
Line manage a Business Performance Assistant

Hybrid working – typically 1 day per week in the office.
One-stage interview process including technical assessment.
