Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Location: United States — Onsite / Hybrid / Remote

Employment Type: W2 · Full-time · All immigration statuses accepted

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS).
Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Write reusable, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
Perform unit and integration testing using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bugs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
