Our client, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Identity Access Management Metrics/KPI/KRI Lead to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor within the IAM department, you will support the broader IT Security initiatives by designing and developing comprehensive metrics, KPIs, and KRIs that provide valuable insights to Senior Leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring impactful reporting and automation solutions that drive strategic decisions.
Job Title: Identity Access Management Metrics/KPI/KRI Lead
Location: Fully remote, preferred in EST or CST time zones
Pay Range: $70-75 per hr
What's the Job?
Design and develop a full suite of IAM metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to support organizational security objectives
Build automation processes to extract data, create dashboards, and generate reports, minimizing manual effort over time
Collaborate with the Information Security Metrics/KPI team to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
Present complex data insights to Senior Leadership confidently and clearly, tailoring reports for different audiences
Own end-to-end reporting projects, working independently with minimal supervision to deliver comprehensive results
What's Needed?
5-7+ years of experience in IT Security metrics, KPIs, and KRIs, specifically within the IAM space
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and automation
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience designing and maintaining security metrics and presenting to executive leadership
Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results
