Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid – Onsite 4 days/week in Herndon, VA

Duration: 7–8 months (with potential conversion to FTE in Oct 2026)

We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong analytical, process‑driven thinking and a solid understanding of automation technologies.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in process automation, with strong skills in process mapping techniques such as Value Stream Mapping and BPMN, root cause analysis using methods like the 5 Whys or Fishbone Diagrams, and requirements engineering to translate observations into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. The role involves data-driven analysis of process metrics, understanding the capabilities of automation technologies including RPA, APIs, and scripting, applying systems thinking to integrate with upstream and downstream systems, and leveraging foundational knowledge of SQL and APIs to define accurate data requirements.
