Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, repeatable deployments for store associate applications
Implement deployment strategies (e.g., blue/green, canary, rollback) aligned to release and operational requirements
Provide observability support: logging, metrics, alerting, dashboards, and incident troubleshooting to improve uptime and MTTR (mean time to restore)
Partner with engineering teams to standardize build/release practices, environment promotion, and quality gates
Support cloud delivery on Azure and GCP, coordinating with platform/security teams for compliant deployments
Automate operational tasks and improve developer experience through templates, reusable pipeline components, and documentation

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
4+ years of proven CI/CD and release engineering
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or GCP delivery and deployment patterns
Strong understanding of release management, deployment automation, and environment management
Practice l experience implementing observability (logs/metrics/alerts; distributed tracing a plus)
Strong troubleshooting skills across build/release failures and production stability issues
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
