Software Deployment (FOTA)

- Define and maintain the FOTA campaign strategy, including scheduling and prioritization of updates.

- Coordinate with Component Owner and Customer Support teams to ensure readiness and minimize operational impact.

- Manage update packages and validate compatibility across vehicle variants.

- Monitor campaign progress, success rates, and handle rollback procedures in case of failure.

- Ensure compliance with Iveco guidelines for OTA updates.

- Provide status reports and KPIs to Iveco stakeholders.

- Control Room (batterie monitoring, demande interne codes defauts pour SAV & flying doctor, etc)

- Iveco ON Customer Portal (ecosystème d'achat pour leurs clients - activation à distance de l'ECU télém PCM - souscription du contrat et activation des modules (ecoconduite, maintenance pneu, contrat assurance, etc.)

- Fleet management Portal

- API TiGR (interfaces crées avec leurs clients en fonction de la demande) :

· Du normalisé avec TiGR « std » avec format de données standardisé IVECO

· Du spécifique en fonction du client et du cloud (Azur, AWS)

Votre profil:

Communication & Diagnostics

- Deep understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, MQTT, and diagnostic protocols (e.g. UDS).

- Ability to validate and troubleshoot communication flows between on-board integrated modules and End-to-end components

FOTA Software Upgrade

- Expertise in OTA frameworks and update orchestration tools.

- Knowledge of PCM architecture and telematics protocols

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) for campaign deployment and monitoring.

Cloud & Data Analysis Tools

- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Databricks, particularly for analyzing telematics data and supporting backend integration.

- Ability to interpret and validate data flows between vehicle systems and cloud services.
