Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

Duties & Role:

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access
Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
Perform application lifecycle management
Support Azure core services
Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures

Security, Availability & Governance

Enforce least‑privilege access and zero‑trust principles
Support MFA, device‑based access, and security baselines
Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads
Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles
Strong hands‑on administration of Microsoft 365
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
Knowledge of Azure core services
Cloud security best practices (identity, endpoint, logging, auditing)
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Collaborative and team-oriented
Delivery- and performance-driven
Proven support of business‑critical systems with defined SLAs
Demonstrated incident handling
