Talent Acquisition Intern

Tasks

Assist the France/Benelux Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates both graduates and professional candidates in IT and Business Consulting
Participate in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events to attract top graduates from these universities
Support the team in organizing numerous recruitment events across France
Work on a variety of global recruiting projects to enhance the team’s effectiveness and improve our various external events
Reporting of recruiting KPIs

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or any other relevant fields of study
You have a passion for attracting and sourcing talent, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
Fluent in French and very good level of English required
You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results
You can demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly phone manner
