Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support insurance clients through large-scale and complex IT-enabled transformations. This role combines advisory leadership, OCM and transformation strategy, and delivery oversight, making it ideal for a senior professional who can shape the transformation vision, influence executive agendas, and ensure successful execution with measurable business outcomes.

The OCM Lead will partner closely with senior insurance executives and CXOs to define transformation objectives and oversee the realization of business value through structured, outcome-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Leadership

Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on OCM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective engagement across the Insurance Value Chain.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and driving organizational alignment.

OCM Strategy & Delivery

Lead OCM strategy and planning activities, including stakeholder identification and engagement, impact assessments, change readiness evaluations, and resistance management.
Design, shape, and oversee training and communication strategies, from visioning and roadmap development through execution and value realization.
Execute and govern the OCM roadmap and plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Transformation Enablement & Value Realization

Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to co-create transformation initiatives and operating models.
Monitor KPIs and transformation outcomes, ensuring measurable business impact, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Ensure transformation benefits are tracked, sustained, and aligned with business value objectives.

Qualifications

Education

Master’s degree, MBA, or a related advanced qualification.

Experience

10–15 years of experience leading Organization Change Management programs within the insurance industry, with a strong mix of advisory and delivery leadership.
Proven track record of managing strategic engagements and delivering successful outcomes across insurance domains such as Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Administration.
Deep understanding of OCM methodologies, insurance operations, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation trends.
Experience working with 2–3 leading global insurance carriers.
Subject matter expertise across 1–2 key insurance domains, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing, or Claims.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and capability assessments.
Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring transformation initiatives are both visionary and practically implementable.
Experience advising on digital transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, cloud platforms, and their impact on insurance business models.
Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience, with the ability to influence senior executives and align cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations impacting insurance transformation programs.
Experience in value tracking and benefits realization, ensuring outcomes are measurable and sustainable.
Exposure to multi-vendor environments and complex delivery ecosystems, with the ability to manage dependencies and integration challenges.

Nice to Have

Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco.
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prosci, SAFe, or equivalent.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
