Hiring: Data Scientist – Intelligent Operations (Infrastructure)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hybrid – 4 Days Work From Office

Duration: Contract Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist (Infrastructure / IT Operations Focus) to analyze operational data, uncover failure patterns, and support AI-driven Intelligent Operations initiatives.

Key Skills (Must-Have):

Statistics, Probability & Machine Learning
Python & SQL
Time-Series Analysis
Log & Infrastructure Data Analysis
Root Cause & Incident Trend Analysis
Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting

What You’ll Do:

Analyze infrastructure metrics, logs, incidents & change data
Identify recurring failure patterns & leading risk indicators
Build statistical & ML models for trend & capacity analysis
Support AI Engineers with feature engineering & validation
Deliver executive-ready insights & recommendations

Ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, experience in IT operations data, and the ability to translate complex findings into business insights.
