Analyse end-to-end data processes and flows across Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and related platforms
Identify and prioritise opportunities for automation, optimisation, and standardisation
Lead Power BI enhancements, including data processing, modelling, visualisation, and UI/UX improvements

Support development of a pragmatic roadmap and implementation plan
Share industry best practices for portfolio-level capital investment dashboards
Align reporting standards, governance, and data flows across a portfolio of parallel projects
Support discussions around baseline management and performance tracking

Candidate Profile:

Essential Experience

7–10 years of relevant experience
Deep, hands-on experience optimising manual and semi-automated reporting environments
Advanced Excel expertise (data structuring, modelling, reconciliation, automation)
Strong Power BI capability:
Data modelling and transformation
DAX and performance optimisation
Executive-level dashboard UI/UX design
Experience managing and reconciling data across multiple systems and functions
Proven experience defining and implementing data governance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent English

Desirable Experience

Experience working across large portfolios of parallel projects
Background in capital investment or asset-intensive environments
Experience integrating scheduling, financial, and planning systems (e.g. P6, ERP, financial planning tools)

Opportunity to stabilise and improve a complex reporting landscape
Flexible working model and contract structure
Exposure to a large-scale, enterprise-level transformation programme
