SAP Authorization Consultant - 12-month contract - Brussels

One of our important clients is currently looking for a SAP Authorization Consultant for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable.

Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Authorization Consultant to manage and implement role-based security and access control across a complex SAP landscape. The role combines operational support for existing systems with project work focused on an SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Support (existing systems):
User administration and access management
Maintenance of the authorization concept
Resolution of authorization-related incidents
Perform periodic access and risk (SoD) checks
Support internal and external audits
Collaborate with other SAP teams

Project (S/4HANA implementation):

Implement authorization concepts in SAP S/4HANA
Design, build, and maintain SAP roles
Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) with business and audit teams
Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad (catalogs, spaces, pages)
Manage BTP roles, role collections, and integrations (IAS/IPS, XSUAA)
Maintain CAP/UI5 application roles for secure cloud access

Required Experience

Minimum 8 years experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant
Minimum 2 years experience with SAP S/4HANA security
Minimum 2 years experience with SAP Fiori authorizations
Minimum 1 year experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English
Able to work onsite in Brussels at least 2 days per week (flexible days)
Note: Assignments shorter than 9 months do not count as proven experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP GRC or SAP Cloud IAG
Experience with SAP BTP security or administration
Experience with Fiori Spaces & Pages
