We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Sr. Insights Analyst for a prominent Beverage Manufacturing client. This position is located in Rogers, AR 72758 (Hybrid). Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay is $50-54/hr
Shift will be hybrid- Mondays & Fridays will be remote
Starting contract length: 12 to 18 months. (has ability to convert/extend based on performance and budget)
Leverage data and insights to build compelling, story-driven analyses that uncover growth opportunities and support revenue and strategic objectives.
Develop integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights to guide strategic and tactical decisions, including shelving, assortment, pricing, and merchandising optimization.
Lead performance management through streamlined reporting, score carding, and macro assessments, tracking key sales and operational metrics.
Work closely with beverage teams to maintain performance management routines including the streamlining of reporting cadences, macro performance assessments, and opportunity gap analysis
Serve as the category and customer business expert, partnering cross-functionally to connect opportunities, drive solutions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in consumer goods, sales, category management, market research, business analytics, or shopper insights.
Experience and proficiency with Walmart Scintilla is required.
Experience working with large retail buying teams and proficiency in syndicated data (e.g., Circana/Nielsen), space planning software (e.g., JDA), panel data (e.g., Numerator), and retailer-specific analytics platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence strategies across retail and manufacturing partners.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with limited travel requirements.
