Interested in supporting colleagues across Ontario in driving business expansion and growth and sales excellence? We are looking for an experienced Growth Focused Client Executive to champion revenue growth and support our central region in strategic business development and growth strategy.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from any office location in Ontario. Travel is required to engage with clients and colleagues in Ontario and potentially nationally.

What The Day Will Look Like

You will be responsible for supporting, growing, and managing business development initiatives. Success in this role requires a collaborative abilities to support colleagues, deliver strategic solutions, negotiate best-in-class terms, and adapt to a changing marketplace. As a sales and growth focused colleague, you will represent the organization in a client and market facing role in growth strategy and embrace the following responsibilities:

Delivering continuous excellence in recognizing client needs, but also identifying ways we can bring the best of our firm to our clients and prospects
Identifying specific client and prospect needs and developing innovative, cost-effective solutions
Developing and nurturing client and prospective client relationships to ensure our position as advisor of choice
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners for the ultimate benefit of the client
Providing leadership for development and delivery of presentations/seminars for clients, prospects, and colleagues
Acting as a visible face of the organization within the community, managing relationships, prospecting new clients, and facilitating lead generation activities
Building and accomplishing regional and national business development strategies designed to cultivate revenue generation opportunities
Establishing oneself as a trusted advisor and expert internally and externally
Advocating for solutions and relying on relationships to manage outcomes
Consulting on cross-sell business development opportunities
Performing other related duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

Support, attend and, at times, lead monthly calls with colleagues to share the latest news and developments in business growth, and liaise with partners to showcase their value propositions
Develop new inbound business opportunities
Support colleagues with assistance on growth on existing clients
Work with Aon leaders on supporting a portfolio of clients operating in Canada
Building and developing the Aon brand in the region with key clients and prospects
Active business development activities including pipeline management, prospect building and other revenue generating processes
