Sales Manager

GTA

Our client in the industrial sector is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales reps across GTA. We are looking for candidates with not only a background in people management, but also a leader who enjoys being hands on and driving the sales and revenue for their region.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 3-4 reps across GTA - mentoring, coaching, KPIs, ride along
Help expand the division by driving net new business and revenue generation
Work with the senior leadership to ensure goals are achieved, and challenges are being tackled on

Compensation:

Base salary - $120,000-160,000
Car allowance, full benefits, RSP matching

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in leading a sales team ideally in the industrial sector
Previous experience in a B2B sales role - selling into manufacturing, construction, retail, distribution etc.
Ability to manage and coach a sales team - driving KPIs and ensuring quotas and targets are achieved
