About The Role

Candrone is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Support Specialist for a 3‑month contract. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our sales, customer support, finance, and operational processes.

This is more than administrative work—it's a central coordination role supporting order accuracy, data integrity, internal communication, and process consistency across multiple departments. You’ll work hands‑on within our ERP/CRM systems, ensure orders are correctly processed, support training workflows, and assist with financial accuracy and reporting.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in getting the details right every time. You’ll become a trusted resource to the operations, finance, and customer support teams while contributing to initiatives that directly impact efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and verify Sales Orders (SOs); process Shopify orders, perform fraud checks, and manage returns and refunds including SRO creation and updates.
Enroll customers in training programs, maintain documentation, and respond professionally to internal accounting inquiries.
Prepare, edit, and correct invoices; manage updates and submissions through Ariba and other PO/portal systems.
Maintain accurate CRM data with proper tagging and classification; support data‑cleaning initiatives to improve system accuracy and reporting.
Complete daily administrative and operational tasks within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

Who Are You Really?

Takes pride in precision—whether processing orders, updating data, or tracking details across multiple systems.
Balances multiple tasks confidently while maintaining organization and accuracy.
Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Is comfortable with technology and eager to master tools like ERP platforms, CRM systems, and online portals.
Works proactively, asks the right questions, and keeps workflows moving smoothly.
Thrives in a role where accuracy, consistency, and dependability truly matter.

Qualifications

Experience working with ERP platforms; Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred.
Proficiency with computer‑based workflows and managing data across multiple systems.
Previous experience with data cleaning, data integrity, or administrative information management.
Excellent written communication skills—clear, accurate, and professional.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation & Contract Details

Hourly Rate: $26–$30 CAD per hour
Contract Type: Short‑term
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: On-site (Burnaby)
