Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, administration, and application/data migration. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

What we are looking for :

Business Analyst/Business System Analyst with 7-10 years of experience with experience in Salesforce projects working as a BA
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce clouds and application Migration
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization,, administration and application/data migration
Good Writing and communication skills within depth salesforce knowledge.
Experience in gathering requirements and documentation including testing and Test plan creation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Administer and configure Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices.
Support change management initiatives and assist in the development of training materials.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
