THE ROLE:

THE PERSON:

As a Systems Design Engineer ML/AI, you will drive balanced, scalable AI/ML validation solutions. In this high visibility position, your design and implementation will be necessary towards product development, definition, and root cause resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driving technical innovation to improve ML/AI capabilities across validation, technical and procedural methodology enhancement, and various internal and cross- functional technical initiatives
Designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI/ML models and making necessary improvements
Documenting processes, models, and algorithms for future reference
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into various applications

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Proficiency in system design, development, and validation methodologies
Deep understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques
Ability to develop and implement AI/ML models for system validation and optimization
Knowledge of AI/ML best practices and industry standards
Experience with AI/ML tools and libraries
Strong understanding of neural networks and deep learning techniques
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
Hands on experience designing and implementing LLM powered agents and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including prompt orchestration, tool calling, vector store indexing strategies, and evaluation of end to end agentic workflows
Experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and pronounced attention to details
Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion
