Omnis Partners is exclusively partnering with a fintech building the next-generation self-serve data platform that powers billions in transactions for tens of thousands of merchants across Europe. This platform lets product, engineering, and analytics teams own, process, and act on their data independently and you’ll be at the heart of it.

What you’ll do

Build microservices, libraries, and real-time data pipelines.
Develop self-serve tooling for internal teams, improving developer experience and platform adoption.
Operate and scale systems across multi-cloud environments.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define upstream data contracts.
Explore and integrate new technologies, with optional exposure to AI/ML agents.

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience in Java, Python, or Go building scalable backend systems.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking.
Collaborative approach, able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Curious, relentless, and customer-obsessed mindset.
Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or agents is a strong plus.
