Responsibilities

Lead acquisition and retention campaigns across email and in-app messaging using segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization
Manage campaign intake, timelines, workflows, and change requests
Analyze post-campaign performance metrics and share key insights
Provide proactive communication and updates to stakeholders across functions
Coordinate approvals with Legal, Creative, Talent Relations, PR, and other stakeholders

Requirements

7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
Strong hands-on experience with email and in-app messaging campaigns
Proven project management and multi-channel campaign execution skills
Strong stakeholder management experience in matrixed environments
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
