Job Title: Full Stack DeveloperDesignation: Full Stack Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Java to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a particular emphasis on Java programming. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define application requirements and specifications.
Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid understanding of back-end technologies, including RESTful APIs and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and deploying web applications.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
