Job Title: Technical Lead-IS Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 09 Months (Potential Extension)

We are seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to partner with our Automation and Analytics team to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions that accelerate decision-making and operational efficiency.
This role will lead the development of generative AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, intelligent agents, and traditional machine learning models, translating real business problems into production-ready systems.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases, model evaluation, MLOps, and secure enterprise deployment patterns, along with proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
They will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to prototype rapidly, establish best practices, and upskill the team while ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
