An exciting 10-month secondment opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work with the pan BCUHB Community High Dependency Team.

As the Clinical Coordinator, you will support the Team Leader in the management and delivery of high quality and compassionate care, primarily for patients who have complex and high acuity care needs.

As the service is pan BCUHB, you will be required to travel across a large geographic area in a timely manner. Working pattern will require flexibility to support 24 / 7 working of the team.

As this is a secondment opportunity, interested parties MUST have the support of their line manager BEFORE expressing an interest.

Main duties of the job

You will provide effective clinical and professional leadership in order to enable robust clinical governance, providing a flexible and responsive service designed in partnership with the patient, families, local authority and members of the multidisciplinary team.

Previous Community experience is essential, as is previous experience working with patients requiring invasive ventilation and Autonomic Dysreflexia.
