About the Role

We are working with a global enterprise client in the life sciences sector to build and standardize how they measure AI and digital product performance across the organization. This is not a theoretical role. You will own the framework, drive adoption, and ensure business impact is measurable and defensible at the board level.

You will work at the intersection of product thinking, data analytics, and consulting delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex utilization data into clear decisions.

What You Will Do

Design and standardize enterprise-wide utilization metrics frameworks covering product adoption, user engagement, and business impact.
Define KPIs and measurement models in collaboration with business, technology, and analytics stakeholders.
Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that translate raw usage data into actionable insights for leadership.
Lead milestone delivery, manage client communication, and ensure on-time acceptance of deliverables per the agreed SOW.
Identify risks proactively and propose mitigation actions before they impact delivery.
Manage escalations and maintain a clear governance model across workstreams.
Champion data privacy and compliance adherence throughout the engagement.

What You Bring

8+ years in product management, analytics consulting, or enterprise data strategy.
Proven track record delivering utilization or product analytics frameworks at scale (enterprise or Fortune 500 environment preferred).
Strong command of metrics design: adoption curves, engagement scoring, funnel analysis, and ROI attribution.
Experience working in or alongside pharma, BFSI, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and comfortable discussing data architecture with engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management. You can run a room with a VP and a data engineer in the same meeting.
Consulting or client-facing delivery background preferred. You understand SOW structures, milestone accountability, and escalation protocols.
Familiarity with AI/ML product rollouts and measuring model performance impact on business outcomes is a differentiator.
