Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Scientist to support high‑impact analytics initiatives within a large, data‑driven organization. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, developing clear and scalable metrics, and building automated systems that enhance financial and business reporting processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, advanced technical abilities, and the confidence to lead complex data efforts. You will design scalable data solutions, develop meaningful KPIs, automate key tracking mechanisms, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and actionable insights. Your work will support leadership decision-making and strengthen the organization’s analytical foundation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or internal equivalents).
Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hive, Presto, Spark).

Hourly Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday-Friday / 40 hours per week
