Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the assurance and tooling aspects of our clients Cyber Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of programme delivery, ensuring that all processes, tools, and methodologies align with organizational cyber objectives. This role includes managing a team of six Programme Managers and driving continuous improvement across the cyber portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the assurance activities for the Cyber Programme, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and best practices.
Manage and enhance tooling frameworks to support programme delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Oversee a team of six Programme Managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
Drive consistency in programme management practices, including risk, issue, and dependency management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in processes or tools and implement improvements.
Provide regular status reporting and insights to senior leadership on programme health and progress.
Ensure compliance with cyber regulations, governance standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in programme management, preferably within cyber security or IT-related programmes.
Strong experience in assurance, governance, and tooling within complex programmes.
Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.

Desirable Attributes:

Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent.
Experience with cyber security assurance or risk management frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to programme challenges.
