Job Title: Customer Success Specialist - Card Products

Location: London, 5 day's onsite p/w

Salary: £45,000

I'm looking for a client-facing Client Success Specialist to be the primary operational contact for my customers key business clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support for card products, ensuring timely issue resolution, clear communication, and a premium client experience.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for all card-related queries (issuance, usage, limits, disputes, chargebacks, lifecycle events).

Provide clear guidance on card functionality, controls, and usage.

Build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality support.

Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product).

Track cases to resolution, ensuring SLAs are met.

Collaborate with internal teams to support card programme changes and service improvements.

Contribute to FAQs, templates, and internal support processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in client support, ideally within fintech, card issuing, or payments operations.

Understanding of the end-to-end card transaction lifecycle.

Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Client-focused, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
