We’re hiring! Junior Business Developer (Permanent contract) – Renewable Energy

Meteodyn is a French company based in Saint-Herblain (Nantes area), internationally recognized for its expertise in wind engineering, climatology and meteorology. For 20+ years, our CFD know-how has supported key players in the energy transition, sustainable buildings and wind safety — with ~900 clients worldwide. We are also part of the CLS Group, a mission-driven company dedicated to understanding and protecting the planet.

Your mission (first step):

Lead prospecting and market development on your assigned geographic area
Identify new opportunities, qualify prospects, and convert them into solid business leads
Build strong techno-commercial understanding of our software/services and work closely with Product Line Managers

Then, as you grow:

Manage the full sales cycle (negotiation, closing, offer writing, client follow-up)
Collaborate with our Customer Satisfaction Manager to ensure long-term success and retention

What we’re looking for:

Engineering or business background with strong interest in technical products/software, or 2–5 years’ experience in international sales of technical solutions
English is mandatory (C1 minimum); Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
Curiosity, energy, and the willingness to learn fast (CFD / numerical simulation knowledge is a strong advantage)

International travel: couple of times per year (clients, prospects, trade fairs).
