Job Specifications

We’re hiring a contract IAM Engineer to support and enhance our identity platform with a strong focus on Okta, automation, and secure access across cloud and SaaS environments.

What you’ll do

Own and support the Okta environment, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management
Build and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows (SCIM, JIT, Workflows)
Partner with Security to enforce Zero Trust and least-privilege access across applications
Manage access reviews, certifications, and audit support aligned with SOC 2 / ISO 27001
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM, federation, and authentication issues
Develop scripts and integrations to extend Okta functionality and streamline identity processes

What we’re looking for

5+ years in IAM engineering, including 3+ years hands-on with Okta
Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM
Experience with automation, APIs, and scripting (Python or PowerShell)
Background integrating Okta with SaaS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Okta certification, PAM exposure, or secondary IDP experience is a plus
