Role Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer in our Paris Tech Studio, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing sophisticated digital solutions that solve complex business challenges. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ambitious ideas to life, from concept to deployment, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to our engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks
Technical Leadership: Guide architectural decisions and implement best practices for scalable, maintainable code
Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative, efficient solutions
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and clients to translate requirements into exceptional digital experiences
Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through thorough testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
Mentorship: Support the growth of junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance
Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to our technical evolution
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development with a proven track record of delivering complex applications
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Architecture: Understanding of microservices, API design, and cloud infrastructure
Quality Focus: Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile development processes
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and creative approach to technical challenges
