Role Overview::

We are seeking a skilled Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud development. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation within Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions to enhance business processes.
Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend improvements.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for end-users.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud development.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud development.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.
Experience in working with third-party applications and integrations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field in IT.
6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
