Full Stack AI Engineer

Salary: £80k - £110k + equity

Location: London, UK (remote)

Job Description:

Join a UK PropTech company building an AI-powered platform used across the property lifecycle, including tenant communication and operational workflows. You’ll work on AI systems that are embedded directly into the product, focusing on building and improving AI-driven functionality that supports real users. This is a hands-on engineering role, working closely with backend systems to ensure AI features are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be joining at a pivotal growth moment, with the platform preparing to scale managed units by 14× in early 2026. The product is already trusted by major Build-to-Rent operators, and engineering decisions made now will directly shape performance, reliability, and long-term architecture. You’ll be joining a growing product team where AI is central to how the platform works. This is an opportunity to take ownership of AI features within a live product, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape how AI is used across the platform as it continues to evolve. You’ll work in a remote-first, highly autonomous environment with strong ownership and clear product impact.

What you will do:

Build and improve AI-powered features used in production
Work closely with backend and product teams to integrate AI into core workflows
Own features end-to-end, from implementation through to iteration
Help ensure AI systems are reliable and maintainable
