We are looking for an intern available 6 months as from April 1st.

What You´ll Do

You will be part of the Customer Excellence Team of Henkel Consumer Brands, located in Brussels, serving BeNeLux customers. Your tasks will be the following:

Proactive communication towards customers about product availabilities and out of stocks
Maintaining Non-Delivery reasons related to service level
Responsible for logistic reports on carrier capacity and performance, POD and monthly presentations of carrier performance reporting
Maintaining strong contacts (local and international) with various departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales
Providing support & follow-up within our systems (SAP, OTM,…)
Handling & controlling of prices in orders
Opportunity to bring your own points of improvements

What makes you a good fit

Academic degree in Economics or related field of study (logistics, supply chain, ...)
Strong interest in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and the FMCG sector
Possessing advanced analytical skills and high sense for accuracy
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (cf. pivot tables), eager to learn and work in systems. Knowledge of/experience with SAP, Power BI is a big asset
Excellent knowledge of English (French and Dutch is an asset)
Available for 6 months as of 1st of April 2026 - possibility to extend the internship
