Job Title: QA Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking experienced QA Engineers to support enterprise-level application testing and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating software functionality, performance, and stability while working closely with development and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and system testing.
Design and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
Conduct API and backend testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
Prepare and share test execution reports and quality metrics.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with API testing tools.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
Scripting experience in Java, Python, or similar languages.
