Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager – Corporate

Primary Location: Hybrid/Chicago, IL

Position Type: Full Time

TalentFish is casting a line for a Cybersecurity Program Manager – Corporate. This is a Full Time role supporting Corporate/Business Operations. This newly created position will embed cybersecurity strategy into daily operations while fostering a culture of security-first behaviors across the enterprise.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

Experience partnering with Business leaders and Corporate functions
Strong background in Risk Management, Compliance, and Security Governance
5–7 years of Information Security or Cybersecurity program experience
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation and executive communication skills

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

Serve as the primary Cybersecurity Advisor to Business and Corporate leaders
Drive security awareness initiatives across Business operations
Monitor compliance with NIST, CIS, and internal security standards
Identify, assess, and escalate cybersecurity risks impacting business units
Support change management efforts for enterprise cybersecurity initiatives

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
