Job Specifications

Position: GeoAnalytics Project Management Resource

Location: Middletown, PA

Work Model: Remote with occasional site visits (Middletown, PA)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate internal and/or external staff across multiple IT projects.
Define and refine project scope in collaboration with business owners and analysts.
Lead projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and clients.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including:
Integration management
Scope, schedule, and cost management
Communication planning
Vendor and risk management
Experience following PMO established standards and procedures (Playbook)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Highly Desired Skills

PMP Certification
ServiceNow (Idea, Project, Demand modules)
IT Project Management experience
GeoAnalytics project experience
Transportation industry background
ITIL / ITSM methodologies
Azure DevOps
Experience with Microsoft Suite
