Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners and clients (WL and WB).
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and LOI signing.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive or equivalent).
Actively prospect via LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, events, and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Compliance, Product, Operations) during onboarding.
Ensure accurate data entry, pipeline hygiene, and reporting in CRM.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and business trips when required.
Meet quarterly KPI targets for LOIs and revenue contribution.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
Experience selling fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or regulated products is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance-based compensation.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
