Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in a high-impact project focused on driving cultural change to support the client's 2030 strategic ambitions. You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and an external party leading the culture transformation exercise.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for project governance under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model
Leading project boards or steering committees on behalf of Keystone Solutions
Project monitoring and reporting
Risk and issue management
Capacity planning and resource management
Budget management
Follow-up on project documentation and change control
Follow-up and steering of the external party
Challenge the propositions of the external party and align with internal stakeholders
Supervise the roll-out of the action plan, ensuring alignment with internal processes
Change Management

Language Requirements:

Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Bachelor, Master or equivalent by experience in project management

Telework:

Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

At least 8 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

Mandatory: Project Management
Preferable: Knowledge of HR processes

Business Experience:

Mandatory: Experience working in a large corporate environment
Preferable: Experience with cultural change

Soft Skills:

Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and strategic thinking
