Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Senior Domain Consultant with strong banking domain expertise, hands-on SQL, and exposure to Azure.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting banking-focused initiatives across multiple domains.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA)
Hands-on expertise with SQL for data analysis and validation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Solid background in Business Analysis methodologies and documentation
Deep domain experience in Banking.
Cards and Payments
Commercial Banking
Private Banking
GRC / Risk Management
Ability to work closely with business, technology, and compliance teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and vision for banking consulting projects, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Expert Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering deep insights and expert guidance on complex banking processes, products, policies, and regulations.
Project Oversight: Oversee large-scale, high-impact consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic goals and delivering customized solutions that meet their needs.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to the firm's thought leadership by authoring white papers, presenting at industry conferences, and staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies in the banking sector.
Training and Mentorship: Lead the development and delivery of advanced training programs, mentoring junior consultants and enhancing the overall expertise of the consulting practice.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all consulting engagements adhere to relevant banking regulations and compliance standards, providing expert guidance on regulatory changes and implications.
