Job Specifications

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) for a large, established organization in Canada, to support the delivery of infrastructure initiatives across a diverse technology landscape, including hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, data, workplace and SaaS platforms.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on coordination, execution, and day-to-day delivery rather than governance or people management. It requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

The role

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of infrastructure projects and infrastructure components within application initiatives, as well as operational and improvement initiatives.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams, operations, vendors and project stakeholders
Own and track scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and budgets
Manage expectations with business partners, project teams and IT service managers
Ensure agreed deliverables are met and potential gaps or risks are identified early
Document non-functional requirements such as disaster recovery, backups, access and privacy
Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessments (Law 25) with Architecture, Legal and external partners
Support change management activities, including user-facing documentation
Contribute to project planning and technology roadmaps
Balance operational delivery with transformation and improvement initiatives

Profile we’re looking for

Solid exposure to infrastructure environments
Practical experience in project, delivery or service coordination roles
The ability to work through influence in a matrix environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken

Work arrangement

Hybrid role: 2 days per week on site

Compensation & benefits

Base salary range: CAD $125,000 - $135,000
Annual bonus / profit sharing (12%)
Employer RRSP contribution up to 3%
4 weeks of vacation
