Mission:

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of go-to-market campaigns across all products and services, including devices, ensuring alignment with commercial timelines and market trends, to ensure that all customer acquisition efforts are maximized through effective positioning, timely product launches, and seamless coordination across teams, driving growth and competitive advantage for the company.

Key responsibilities:

Management of the Commercial Timeline and Go-To-Market Campaigns:
Manages the commercial timeline for all brands and products (including devices), integrating major market events (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day, seasonal promotions)
Defines and coordinates commercial periods, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends
Structures the global commercial timeline for all acquisition-related services, offers, and devices
Coordinates and adjusts the commercial timeline based on product launches, supplier activities, and market trends, ensuring seamless synchronization
Leads cross-functional briefings with marketing, communication, digital, and sales teams to align messaging and execution across all channels

2. Execution and Monitoring of Acquisition Campaigns:

Implements and coordinates acquisition campaigns across all services, offers, and devices, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital, retail, advertising, etc.).
Translates acquisition campaigns into concrete actions adapted to different sales and communication channels.
Supervises the creation of communication materials and commercial content in collaboration with marketing and communication teams.
Verifies the execution of acquisition campaigns in stores and online, ensuring compliance with deadlines and guidelines.
Continuously monitors the market and competitors to detect emerging trends and competitive actions.

3. Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

Works closely with data and analytics teams to assess acquisition campaign efficiency and identify opportunities for optimization
Collects and analyzes campaign performance using key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI), in collaboration with Business Performance Analytics team, and proposes optimizations for future campaigns
Conducts post-campaign reviews to extract insights, improve future activations, and refine acquisition strategies
Contributes to company-wide strategic reviews by providing data-driven recommendations to enhance go-to-market performance

4. Team management:

Oversee the daily and long-term management of the team, coordinating efforts and allocating responsibilities and resources according to priorities
Track objectives, evaluate progress and results
Identify training needs and support talent development
Oversee the recruitment of key talents and ensure effective integration into the team

Your profile:

Master's degree or equivalent by experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role and in roles related to Go-To-Market and Acquisition Management
Experience in managing teams and project management
Experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, effectively reporting on team results and delivering necessary feedback
Leadership skills: motivate and inspire teams, set priorities, and resolve conflicts
Collaboration skills: collaborate directly with other teams across departments, ensure alignment through continuous communication and actively engage with cross-functional teams ensuring the smooth integration of initiatives across the organization
Fluent French and/or Dutch and English
