The role

My client is looking for a curious, analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics & Data team.

You’ll:

Shape how they measure marketing effectiveness across paid media and the wider marketing mix
Act as a subject-matter expert on acquisition KPI’s and measurement strategy, advising on trade-offs between short term performance and long-term value.
Evolve their attribution and measurement frameworks
Bring together experiments, MMM, cohorts and attribution signals into clear, decision-ready insight
Help navigate the trade-offs between scale, efficiency, and long-term value

Ideal background

You’ve worked in marketing, media or growth analytics within the digital sector.
3 years+ sector experience working in a fast-paced growth tech brand, marketplace, peer to peer platform, subscription or similar.
Hands on experience with effectiveness and incrementality measurement approaches such as lift studies, MMM and A/B testing
You can turn complex data into clear stories that senior leaders actually use
You’re confident with SQL, comfortable with Python or R, and familiar with large datasets and marketing platforms (they use Databricks).
