This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable experience and develop a career in an exciting start-up. You will be working with the latest AI tools to design our agentic B2B marketing platform.

We are looking for the following attributes:

High agency: sees a problem, takes it, drives it to done without waiting for permission.

Craft + taste: cares about UX clarity, onboarding friction, and “is this actually useful?”.

Systems thinker: can reason about workflows, data in/out, edge cases, and automation loops.

Customer-obsessed: excited to watch users struggle, fix it, repeat.

Fast learner: comfortable with AI concepts even if they’re not an ML engineer.

Low ego, high clarity: takes feedback, communicates simply, doesn’t overcomplicate.

Comfortable with mess: early-stage product = imperfect info, partial data, constant iteration.
