Position: Sr. Project Manager (Salesforce Enhancements)
Salary: $125k-$150k
Location: Chicago, IL (2-3 days on site)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related)
PMP certification
5+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional, strategic projects
5+ years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and experience with CRM, data, and AI technologies
Working knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and process design skills
Day to Day:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects that enhance our CRM capabilities, support digital transformation, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and communications to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with company objectives. Minimal travel may be required.
Salesforce Platform Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of new Salesforce features, enhancements, and platform capabilities
Develop and maintain the Salesforce enhancement roadmap and oversee a portfolio of Salesforce initiatives
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications
Project & Program Management
Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Track project and program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT, business teams, and external vendors to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver implementations
Guide cross‑functional teams and facilitate clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of expectations and driving consensus across teams
Process Improvement & Documentation
Document new and enhanced business processes to support project deliverables and improve CRM workflows
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors across Salesforce and integrated systems
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Champion digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to adopt modern tools and technologies
Evaluate and implement AI‑powered solutions to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and enhance decision‑making
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and professionally to stakeholders at all organizational levels
