We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our Salesforce instance supports key business objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience.

This position is located in our Birmingham, AL office. We offer a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
Remote is available for specific situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
Maintain, configure, and enhance the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment, including user roles, profiles, workflows, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
Manage system integrations with other platforms and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations while maintaining data hygiene.
Business Process Optimization:
Collaborate with technology leadership to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable solutions to support complex wealth management and financial planning business processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and automation to push innovative solutions.
Identify opportunities to utilize AI in RFG’s technology stack.
Customization and Development:
Test and deploy from Sandbox environments such as creating and customizing objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types specific to the Financial Services Cloud.
Build and maintain workflows via flows to support automation.
Manage and deploy Salesforce AppExchange applications.
Training and Support:
Provide ongoing support and training to cross-functional teams, including Practice Development, to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to educate and update Advisor Teams effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Reporting and Analytics:
Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of financial services stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights through data analysis to drive decision-making.
Documentation and Maintenance:
Document system configurations, automation flows, processes, and training materials.
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and industry best practices to recommend enhancements.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience will be highly considered in place of formal degrees.
Experience: 5+ years of experience
Certifications: FSC Superbadge and Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce flow, validation rules, formulas, & deduplication methods.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permission management including security, roles & sharing rules.
Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, approvals, flows, etc.
Other Skills:
Experience with integrating and managing third-party apps into Salesforce
Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
