Business Development Manager - Automation / Manufacturing / Robotics

We're hiring for a highly experienced Business Development Manager - Automation / Manufacturing / Robotics, for an expanding leading robotics/automation company.

In this role, you will drive the Benelux revenue by managing the full sales cycle and securing new customers across various sectors. You will develop strategic account plans, lead high-level negotiations, and collaborate internally to deliver competitive automation solutions and exceed long-term growth targets. You will also represent the company are trade shows, events and expand brand visibility.

This position is a full time, permanent position, based in Leuven, Belgium. They may be open to discuss hybrid/remote locally, however, this is not the first preference.

I am interested in speaking to people with the following:

Proven B2B sales record in logistics, robotics, or industrial automation or similar
Experience selling to automation integrators, logistics operators, or manufacturing end users.
Demonstrated success in new account acquisition and consistently hitting sales targets.
Established network within logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors or similar
Expertise in solution-based or project-based sales cycles would be ideal
