The successful candidate will join our team of over 100 extraordinary individuals across marketing, creative, media buying, video production, and R&D.

We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to support our Creative and Paid Media teams in a high-performance environment.

We value potential and mindset over experience. We want someone obsessed with why ads work, competent with data, and motivated by rapid results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Ad Concepting: The bridge between a blank page and a million-dollar campaign. You’ll be engineering visual and emotional hooks to drive consumer action.
Landing Page Design: Assisting in the design of high-converting landing pages across multiple brands and global markets.
Data Iteration: Tracking learnings from past campaigns and using performance data to iterate on creative decisions.
Workflow Support: Coordinating with designers, copywriters and media buyers. Testing visual ads while ensuring concepts align with customer psychology and platform context.

What We’re Looking For

A Scientific Mindset: We don’t just want creatives. You’ve got to want to research consumer behaviour and ad psychology. You’ve got to crack why consumers click.
Data Fluency: You are in your element when working with numbers and interpreting data to drive your next creative big idea.
Iterative Thinking: You thrive on fast feedback - it will be abundent. You will learn as much from failures as successes to constantly increase your conversion targets.
Collaborative Spirit: You can communicate clearly and work seamlessly with designers, copywriters and media buying teams.
Tool Savvy: You are comfortable using / learning to use tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe, or AI tools to bring your visions to life.

Requirements

A marketing / related degree OR 0-2 years of experience in marketing, creative, or a related field.
Availability to partake in our Assessment Day in March.
Exceptional written communication and a detail-oriented approach to project management.
This is an entry level junior role. Experience is not a must, but drive and agency certainly are.

Location: This role is based in-person at our London (Victoria) office.

Please note: A full-time offer is contingent on passing the probation period. This is an immediate-start role.
