Poste du lundi au vendredi, 2 jours de télétravail autorisés.

Rattachement hiérarchique : CEO / Direction générale

Missions :

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to assit the CEO of the company. In this role, you'll provide high-level professional support to our leadership, ensuring seamless operations and optimal time management, while working closely with the Office Manager and the rest of the Team.

Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules across multiple internal and external contacts, including frequent coordination with executive leadership
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and strategic meetings
Oversee team rituals and regular updates
Act as the main point of contact between leadership and team members
Handle administrative tasks including procurement, finance coordination, and vendor management
Create and manage budgets for team activities and events
Navigate multiple timezones to coordinate global meetings and communications
Support board preparation and coordination activities
Anticipate needs and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or operational challenges

Profile

Minimum 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant
Previous experience working with corporate environments, boards, headquarters
Bilingual in English (written and spoken)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong proficiency with calendar management tools and travel booking platforms
Experience with budget creation and financial coordination
Ability to manage complex schedules across multiple timezones
Strong diplomatic skills
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Proactive mindset with strong initiative-taking abilities
Adaptability and resilience with a no-ego approach
Ability to work independently and drive your own priorities
