Role: Business Analyst

Location: Miami FL/White Plains, NYC

Exp: 8+ years

Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, product enhancements, and process improvements.
Support end-to-end project execution across SDLC using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
Contribute to strategic planning, roadmap refinement, and stakeholder communication.
Assist in project management activities including tracking progress, risk identification, and reporting.
Facilitate documentation, requirement gathering sessions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

Strong background in Product and Business Analysis.
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks.
Experience with project management principles and tools.
Aviation or airline industry experience, highly preferred.
Ability to collaborate closely with development teams; familiarity with software development concepts.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
